History and Nature Trail

Flora & Fauna

The beginning of the 3 km long trail is opposite the Altena castle and it leads to the circular Altenaer Höhen route. Plaques with information provide details with regard to the flora and fauna.

History

Along the way you will find information about the regional history and nature. Trees, foresters and the mining of charcoal are the themes that will be introduced.

Umweltprojekte
